We found exactly what we were looking for in Lot #72 and were excited for the purchase. Kyle thoroughly went through the paperwork and explained everything to us in detail. We were approved for our financing but then my wife, Kelle, had to have surgery on her eyes. This put us in a bad position but Kyle worked with us through the whole process and was able to get everything done to make our purchase possible.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your assistance in making a life-long dream become a reality. Growing up in Louisiana with thousands of acres as my backyard shaped who I am today. While I love the amenities and community in our Dallas neighborhood, my husband and I have ached for the calming diffusion that nature brings. We wanted our sons to know, understand and respect what God has given us, to understand the need for balance, and to UNPLUG!
After saving for years it was time to begin looking to make our goal of a second "nature" home a reality. I did not expect to find the absolutely perfect place so quickly and so close to our home. Visiting Post Oak Meadows was like coming home. I knew it and my husband knew it. Then the pandemic hit.
My husband had difficulty making a decision this big in the midst of new uncertainty and fearful times. We decided to wait. In making the decision to wait, we both grieved the loss of what we knew to be the perfect property for our family. In seeing the effect of this decision, I decided that I could not let the opportunity pass us.

I want to provide some feedback on our land purchase at Post Oak Meadows in August of 2020. Justin Hatcher was amazing to work with on this sale. We showed up with one day notice and he was ready to take us on a full tour in his awesome new UTV. It was a hot day and it was very nice of him to provide cold water and an air-conditioned cab to roam around in. My first impression of Justin was that he is professional and yet very down to earth... just a great guy.
We had several questions for him that day and he answered them all. In fact, we got the purchase "bug" immediately and Justin took all the information over the phone the same evening making it possible for us to lock in the lots that very next morning. I first talked with Justin several months ago, just before the Athens ranch was opened. At the time, my wife and I had decided to wait until January to buy something. We finally agreed to go down and look at what they had left as the map looked interesting and so did Athens and the area.
Justin met us, took us for the ride of our lives - literally and figuratively! Ha! He was and HAS been fantastic in answering our questions, giving us references of people to contact for services including well and metal building, and he has met us at the property several times.
